SHICKEN Foods is a family-run food company based in Kent which offers plant-based meal alternatives to some the UK’s favourite dishes. Rooted in Indian cuisine, SHICKEN provides authentic, restaurant-quality prepared meals made with signature SHICKEN non-GMO, plant-based pieces and ingredients sourced from around the world, including Punjab in Northern India, Spain, and Italy.

Husband and wife team and lifelong vegetarians Parm and Satvinder Bains founded the company with a passion for helping people reduce or cut their meat intake, without sacrificing on taste or texture. The dream was reignited over the COVID-19 pandemic, when the pair launched the business from their own kitchen.
