The Blair Project is a trailblazing social enterprise based in Manchester that taps into the climate change activism of urban youth by providing opportunities for them to participate in the green tech revolution through the building, racing, and accelerating innovations in electric go-karts.
Diversity in STEM is one of The Blair Project’s highest priorities. As a Planet Possibility partner, we actively run STEM outreach programmes in schools, colleges, universities and youth groups to inspire and encourage young people from all identities and backgrounds to take up careers in physics.
The Blair Project is able to bring their famous mobile activity workshops to Fully Charged Live thanks to the support and sponsorship from the Faraday Battery Challenge at UKRI. You will able to do fun and engaging activities in our STEM Truck, such as Magnificent Materials, where you will learn about 3D printing or Power Up where you connect electrical circuits. The Blair Project's aim to make green tech - and the careers that support it - accessible to everyone.
