Jennifer Pardoe is the CEO and Founder of Jack & Bry, makers of award winning plant-based meats, supplying famous Pizza restaurants all over the UK and internationally with Pepperoni. With a background in leadership and innovation, Jennifer’s 35 years' in food business extends to bringing to market the best flavours and textures to provide people with choice. Jennifer started out working age 15 in a small sandwich deli, and is famous for being paid in marshmallows, winning the coveted Sandwich Association Award at the annual industry “Sammies”, and has featured in the Guardian,The Times and Forbes.
